English: USSR Peoples Comissariat of Communication (NKS) telegram, Kharkov. 1944 December 25 23:10 New Year's telegram of 16 words including address and signature of Zhelgana to Kharkov, Big Goncharovka, 11, kv.16, Levina. Presented on December 30. Paper forms coarse wrapping (wartime). In 1946, the NKS was renamed the Ministry of Communications.
Русский: Народного комиссариата связи СССР (НКС) 1944 25 декабря 23:10 новогодняя телеграмма из 16 слов с учётом адреса и подписи из Желгана в Харьков, ул. Большая Гончаровка (район Гончаровка), дом 11, кв.16, Левиной. Вручена 30 декабря. Бумага бланка грубая, обёрточная (военное время).
В 1946 году НКС переименован в Министерство связи.
