«Флаг муниципального образования „Беломорское городское поселение“ представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище белого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, вдоль нижнего края которого расположена волнистая голубая полоса шириной в 1/4 ширины полотнища, а над полосой изображена взлетающая птица сорока в чёрном, белом и сером цветах».
