The illustrated postal stationery envelope with commemorative stamp, Russia, 24 November 2016. PTC Marka Catalogue No. 288/кор-16. Envelope paper VBM (ВБМ) with watermarks “ПОЧТА РОССИИ”. Offset printing. Size of the envelope: 110×220 mm. Print run: 1,000,000. The non-denominated stamp of the ongoing series: the red star, the ribbon of Saint George, numerals “75”. The illustration: the portrait of Yakov Kreizer in the uniform of Major General of the Red Army; a Gold Star Medal of the Hero of the Soviet Union.
