La discografía de Marduk, una banda sueca de black metal, consiste en doce álbumes de estudio, cinco EP, tres álbumes en directo, un recopilatorio y tres álbumes en DVD. La banda fue formada en 1990 por el guitarrista Morgan "Evil" Steinmeyer Håkansson, el vocalista Andreas Axelsson, el bajista Rikard Kalm y el batería Joakim Göthberg. Su primera publicación fue la demo Fuck Me Jesus (1991), a la que siguió el álbum debut Dark Endless (1992), con el segundo guitarrista Magnus "Devo" Andersson y que sería el último trabajo con la formación original. Su siguiente álbum, Those of the Unlight (1993) supuso el primer trabajo con Göthberg realizando las tareas de vocalista y con B. War como bajista. Opus Nocturne (1994) fue el tercer álbum de Marduk y el primero con el batería Fredrik Andersson.

Göthberg dejó la banda en 1995 y el puesto de vocalista fue ocupado por Erik "Legion" Hagstedt, cuyo debut con Marduk fue el disco Heaven Shall Burn... When We Are Gathered (1996) al que seguirían Nightwing (1998), Panzer Division Marduk (1999), La Grande Danse Macabre (2001), y World Funeral (2003).

Mortuus y Magnus "Devo" Andersson regresaron a la banda en el 2004 publicando su noveno álbum de estudio Plague Angel (2004), tres años después, Rom 5:12 (2007), Wormwood (2009) y Serpent Sermon (2012).
