Discusión:Acla

This page says that Acla was founded in 1515 by Pedrarias Davila but that cannot be right. Why? Because the town of Acla was the start point of Balboa's expedition to the "discovery" of the Pacific Ocean which took place in 1513. Therefore the town of Acla could not have been founded AFTER the discovery of the Pacific Ocean.
