Lycodes terraenovae es una especie de peces de la familia de los Zoarcidae en el orden de los perciformes.
Morfología[editar]
Los machos pueden llegar alcanzar los 45,2 cm de longitud total.[1][2]
Alimentación[editar]
Come esponjas de mar, gusanos, moluscos, picnogónidos, crustáceo ofiuroïdeus.[3]
Hábitat[editar]
Es un pez de mar y de aguas profundas que vive entre 630-2.604 m de profundidad.
Distribución geográfica[editar]
Se encuentra en el Atlántico: el Canadá, Irlanda, Mauritania, Namibia.,[4][5] Sudáfrica y los Estados Unidos.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]
Costumbres[editar]
Es bentónico.
Observaciones[editar]
Es inofensivo para los humanos.
