Mark Hasslock Mayfield (n. 1963 ) es un botánico, profesor y explorador estadounidense.[1] Obtuvo su Ph.D. en 1997, por la Universidad de Texas en Austin, en botánica.
Se desarrolló académicamente como profesor en la Universidad Estatal de Kansas.[2]
