Lista de observancias establecidas por el calendario hebreo.

Todas las observancias comienzan al atardecer el día anterior a la fecha gregoriana indicada a menos que se indique lo contrario, y terminan al anochecer de la fecha en cuestión, que se define como la aparición de tres estrellas en el cielo. En los años bisiestos (que se producen cada 2–3 años) se agrega un mes adicional, Adar II, y ciertos días festivos se mueven en consecuencia, y se mencionan en la sección de notas. Todos los ayunos, excepto Iom Kipur y Tisha b'Av, comienzan al amanecer del día indicado.
