Discusión:Softswitch

There is a discussion with the operation people in a Federal Goberment Entity into if a Softswitch could be considered a real CTO (Central Telephony Office).

There is a absolute negation of the obove described that they refused to get telephony services of Long Distance trough this technology.

Could someone provide any similar experience about this matter, and how you handle it or how you fixed it. Technical bases are appreciated.
